1. Our Commitment

DST Exchange is committed to complying with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist financing (CTF) laws and regulations, and to working with licensed partners who maintain robust compliance programs.

2. Know Your Customer (KYC)

Where fiat on-ramp or off-ramp services are provided through third-party partners such as MoonPay, identity verification (KYC) is performed by those partners in accordance with their regulatory obligations.

3. Transaction Monitoring

Transactions may be monitored and screened against sanctions and watchlists. We and our partners reserve the right to decline or report transactions that appear suspicious or non-compliant.

4. Prohibited Activities

Using the platform to launder proceeds of crime, finance terrorism, evade sanctions, or engage in any other illegal activity is strictly prohibited.

5. Reporting

Where required by law, suspicious activity may be reported to the relevant financial intelligence units and regulatory authorities.
